Old Country Roses

by Royal Albert

Tea Parties for One or All of Your Friends are such a delightful way to spend an afternoon.   I love baking, so having a Tea Party with all sorts of Sweet fare and having a Table set with Gorgeous Rose Covered Tea Cups, Tea Pots and Dishes is fun for me.   I used to host Tea Parties for friends at home and on my Blog. I've also hostessed Baby and Bridal Showers.  Guests are always so pleased
with everything I provide. Here are just a few of the Royal Albert Old Country Roses Patterns I have.

Old Country Roses

This is the Color of the Beautiful Pattern Old Country Roses that most are familiar with...I have the full set of China, including Tea Cups, Saucers and Dessert Plates...

and

all sorts of Serving platters...different sizes, different shapes.

I also have the Old Country Roses Silver/Gold FlatWare.

Smaller in stature, this Old Country Roses Decorative TeaPot Serves 1 - All of the small pieces of China are attached to the Lid of the TeaPot

This Pattern, while similar in pattern, is called Lenora, because of it's coloring.

This TeaPot is from the Old Country Roses "Pierced" Collection...the slightly creamy white background...and Roses on a mottled Pink background along with the Pierced collar on the Teapot, looks so beautiful!

Gorgeous Silver and Gold Old Country Roses Flatware

This is just a sampling of the Old Country Roses China that I have.  At one time, I was having weekly Tea Parties in my home with anywhere from 10-20 ladies in attendance.  I have lots of TRIOS of Old Country Roses Teacups, Saucers and Dessert Plates...I will share those with you at another time.

Do you have a favorite China Pattern?
Have you posted about it?
It sure is fun getting it all out and setting a gorgeous table, isn't it?

Have a wonderful week!

  1. Hi Jan, I adore your Old Country Roses collection. Just beautiful and I can imagine how gorgeous when you set a whole table. The flatware is beautiful too. I love these roses and they inspire me to paint a mix of roses in these colors or similar. Thank you for sharing.

  2. What a beautiful collection, Jan! I love the tea pots, and your cup and saucer is so pretty too! We have hubby's mother's collection of tea cups, hung from a cabinet that hubby himself made. I bet you have fun using your pretty pieces!
