Berry Medley Cake

Ingredients Cake
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour...

3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Icing
2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Heavy Cream

Instructions

Cake
Heat oven to 375F. Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla till pale and creamy. Add flour, baking powder, salt and finally milk. Throw into 9x13 greased pan (I used round spring form) Add about 2-3 cups mixed berries (strawberries are especially good).  Bake for 30 minutes or till cake is springy when touched.

Icing
Mix the sugar, butter and vanilla and add just enough heavy cream, by teaspoonsful, to make the icing thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle icing on top of cake.
