Waterfront Cottage on Grand Traverse Bay

A Northern Michigan casual cottage on two lots with 222ft of Grand Traverse Bay spectacular waterfront. Master bedroom and second bedroom in main house and the remaining bedrooms in the guest cottage. The comfort style with outstanding windows bring the bay to your door. Multiple patio's, decks, & walking paths make the outdoors great living space. Natural fireplace
for the winter months. A/C is there if you desire it or let the breeze fill your cottage with crisp fresh-air.  While away on vacation last fall in northern Michigan, I actually were able to find this house, walk around the outside and see in the windows.  I had called the Realtor because we were interested in it as a Vacation Rental {don't see it listed as a rental now}...and they had someone arriving that day, so we weren't allowed to actually get inside the house.  But, it was a beautiful location and looked beautiful from what we could see through the windows.  Another reason I'm doing this post today is for those of us who are suffering through these terrible cold temps and wind chills...this should warm us up.

Since I just saw the FOR SALE listing today, I decided that this weeks' tour would be of this home.

  1. Hi Jan, this tour is amazing. What a wonderful spot tucked in the trees. The interior has such a fresh look and so inviting. How wonderful that you got to walk around the inside. The pics are so inspiring from the warmer time of year. I bet it's covered in snow now. Thanks for sharing.
    Hugs
