ReplyDeleteI have really enjoyed this post! I love seeing different B&B's. Did I ever tell you that my Sister N Law owns and runs a B&B in IL.
I love the fireplace and mantel in part 1 and oh my goodness the jade-ite my favorite! I am always on the look out for jade-ite. And then the cookie jars...the monk in his robe with the saying thou shalt not steal, just brought back such sweet cookie memories. My Grandma had a jar just like it and it was always full of cookies. While antiquing one day with my sister she spotted a vintage monk cookie jar with the same saying and she bought it, so she could have sweet cookie memories too of our Grandma.
