Valentine Tea...

Summertime Rose...
is a traditional English Tea Ware pattern. {But use it any season}  It features the timeless Summertime Rose pattern of various shades of pink Roses. The Teapot is trimmed in gold and has a 6 Cup Capacity. Serve Tea in the Beautiful Tea Cups and Saucers.  Heirloom offers English Bone China that is made in England by Berta Hedstrom and of the finest quality.  This is one of my Favorite Tea Cup and Saucers Set.  And I even have the Matching Tea Pot!  They are...
so appropriate for a Valentine's Day Tea.

Today, I'm serving Chocolate Raspberry Tea from the Tea Lady (Elaine's Tea Shoppe) in Toledo
It certainly tastes like this delectable tea should have a ton of calories--but, of course it has none unless you add milk or sugar.  We think it's scrumptious all on its own, and the delicate balance of raspberry and chocolate will have your mouth watering as if you've just bitten into a Godiva truffle. A heavenly dessert tea.
Black teas should be infused 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. The longer you steep, the more bitter the tea. Never steep over 5 minutes, instead, add more tea leaves. Black teas should be prepared at or near boiling (212°F) temperatures.
Wouldn't these sweet Heart Shaped Cookies look delightful served along with the Tea today?
Glorious Treats shares a Simple Valentine Heart Cookie Recipe. And they're Chocolate, too!

  10. Hello Jan
I'm had a few teas with chocolate before but not a chocolate raspberry blend, sounds divine. I like the big colourful roses on your china and the cutout cookies look yummy.
